To secure your party date & time, we will hold your credit card information with us. You can make a minor change, or cancel your reservation if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled party. The final number of guests in your party must be confirmed at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled party. Hive Creative Works reserves the right to charge your group for the minimum confirmed numbers on the day of your party. A cancellation fee of $100 (for groups less than 14) or $300 (for groups 14+) will be charged if you cancel your party within 72 hours of your  booked date and time.

You are welcome to bring liquor for your party - just let us know when you book. Please note that you will be responsible to obtain a Special Occasion Permit from the LCBO.

If you're planning on bringing outside food or cake, let us know when you book so we can get tables ready for your party. Please note that we will supply table space and clean up for your group, and your group is responsible for cutlery, plates, and tablecloths, if needed.


Private Event Information
Hive Creative paint parties are between two to three hours in length depending on artwork chosen and include the assistance of an art instructor. All supplies are provided and each participant will take home their very own custom piece. Let us take care of the event setup, clean up and event coordination.

Private Paint Workshop Package
This package includes a two-hour painting package. Choose a painting from our Art Gallery to replicate during this event. Each painter will take home their very own 16×20” custom artwork.

PRIVATE PAINTING PACKAGE COST:  $240 Minimum 8 person charge. Each person afterwards $25.

Custom Paint Workshop Package
We are happy to customize an event to meet your needs with the design of a custom painting. This package includes a two-hour painting package. A artist will teach attendees how to paint your original painting. Each painter will take home their very own 16×20 custom artwork.

CUSTOM PAINTING PACKAGE COST: $240 Minimum 8 person charge + $75 Art Fee*

Each person after $25.
*Artist will create a one-of-a-kind painting for your special event per your request.

There is no minimum for number of participants attending. However, there is a minimum charge, which is the equivalent of a group size of 8 people. Once you book your private party, a $75 deposit is required to reserve the date and time. Please know that this deposit will be applied to your total bill. The balance is due the day of the event, although it's always best to pay ahead when you can. For those events booked less than 7 days in advance, the entire balance will be due in full at the time of booking.
